I love working on custom orders because I know what I create will be very special to you.
Custom orders take longer to ship than the items that are already made as ceramics need to be made , dried (drying period varies depending on the size of the piece), fired once to bisque and than fired again to glaze, therefore they can take upto 6-7 weeks to ship but I promise you it will be worth the wait š when you buy a custom piece you will be the only one in the entire world that has one...
Yes of course , send me a convo about what you would like to be done ( you can pick your clay color, add draining holes to planters etc.) I will try my best to meet your needs.
Of course , anything on @ceramicsense on IG can be recreated for you. Send me a message about it.
Regular processing time for made to order items is 4-6 weeks but if you would like me to rush your order I can include your piece in the next kiln fire (The kiln is fired every 10 days). If you wish me to rush your order please consider purchasing an order upgrade.
If your item is returned to sender (CeramicSense) due to errors in the address provided by the buyer, unclaimed packages at local mail office etc. I will message you on Etsy to inform you your package came back to me and if you wish your item to be resent you will be charged for additional shipping costs.

I had two issues with the planter when it arrived. First, the Ema planter doesn't fit in the water catcher which was sold with it. I was confused as to why they would be sold together. Second, the mouth was messed up. None of the pictures online show a mouth as haphazardly drawn as the one I recieved. It doesn't look like "artistic expression", it looks like "artistic error". I raised my concerns with Abbey and asked if returning it was possible. Her reply was very terse and it made me feel as though she was being rude and defensive. I'm sorry if expecting a 96$ 3" planter to be perfect is too much to ask. Looking at shipping the item back to her, it will cost, minimum about 30$, so it seems I am stuck with it. The crappiest part is that I've found similar planters on Instagram being sold for about 30$, not 96$. I'm sad.
